What we do
Rarely all three at once. Most often: we build, then we stay on to operate, then we hand over once the in-house team is ready.
From an idea to an application in production. Architecture written down before the first line of code, delivery in increments, every increment usable.
What runs has to hold. Hosting, backups, monitoring, patches, version upgrades: the application stays alive after go-live.
Your teams want to produce with AI without losing control. We set up the whole chain — tooling, safeguards, review — and put it in their hands.

Read the methodA structural decision that isn't written down is a decision that will be revisited three times. Each call fits on one page: the problem, the option chosen, the ones ruled out and why.
Clickable screens within days, not an 80-page specification. Corrections are made on something visible; that is where the budget is protected.
One increment = one usable feature, its tests and its documentation, in the same repository and the same commit. Continuous integration is the final word: green, or not delivered.
We hold production for as long as it takes, and we write down everything needed for someone else to take over. A captive client is a badly served client.
Work
Designed, built and operated here. The code, the infrastructure and the on-call cover: all three, not just the visible part.
A business platform split into self-contained modules — accounts, notifications, administration — behind a single gateway. Deployed on dedicated infrastructure, monitored, backed up.
Party equipment hire on the shores of Lake Geneva. The real problem is neither the catalogue nor the payment: it is working out the availability of a physical stock split into batches, without ever hiring out the same chair twice.
A word about AI
Our tools write, review and test. A human reads, decides and signs off — always. What you buy is an application that works, a clear invoice, and someone who answers when it breaks. The rest is our business.
That said: when a team wants the same thing in house, we set it up for them. It has become a service in its own right — deploying your AI capability, safeguards included.
